Basic sketch: 1 Point Lined, no pencil: 3 Points Lined and colored: 5 Points 1 character: 3 Points 2 characters: 6 Points For more than 2 characters, add on 3 points for each one. For example, a lined commission with 5 characters would cost 18 Points total. I also do home designing on Sims Basic house 10x10 and only one floor: 10 Points Medium house 20x20 and 2 floors: 20 Points Mansion 30x30 with 3 floors: 30 Points Basement: 10 Points Custom houses will vary on price. It all depends on length and width and how many floors there are. For example, a 15x19 house, with two floors and a basement would cost 35 points All accessories such as bathroom fittings and kitchens are foc (free-of-charge) I am also an avid Minecraft gamer Basic structure, 10x10: 10 Points Medium structure, 20x20: 20 Points Mansion structure, 30x30: 30 Points All accessories will cost points, the rarer the item, the more expensive it is.
